I'm a workaholic.
And I am in recovery.
Now I would like to help save others who are just like me. I strive to empower other women to embrace their femininity, beauty, and high heels and to channel their power of intelligence, drive, and strength in order to be confident, happy, and successful in work and life.
In 2014, I wrote and published my dissertation, A Case Study on the Impacts of Connective Technology on Self-Efficacy and Self-Regulated Learning of Female Adult Students Managing Work-Life Balance (Sheetz, 2014). Self-efficacy and females balancing work and life have been the center of my research and interest for decades. Understanding your level of self-efficacy can impact your thoughts, successes, behavior, attitude, and performance at work and in your personal life. A healthy and balanced self-efficacy improves life satisfaction and well-being.
Embrace life and your home, family, and friends. Live a healthy lifestyle. Learn to work hard, but play harder.
Be bold, elegant, adventurous, brazen, and eminent.....and proud to be a girl!

Time for girls who want to be girls to be girls. We love pink and let's own it. We have endured the days of inequality for women. We have lived through the times of bra burning. And now it is our time! Time to be brazen and adventurous - not a tomboy, feminine - not "sexy", successful - not judged. Embrace who you are!
Daily, something comes to mind. I learn a lesson about life every day from a colleague or often, from a mistake!
